MUESLI WITH DRIED FRUIT: serves 4
INGREDIENTS
175-200g porridge oats (use millet flakes if you are sensitive to gluten)
2 tablespoons oat bran
60g raisins
60g dates, chopped
60g dried apricots, chopped
60g flaxseeds, ground
serve with rice, sesame or almond milk

INGREDIENTS
175-200g cereal flakes
eg: porridge oats, rye millet and rice flakes
2 tbl spoon oat bran
2 tbl spoon seeds
eg: sunflower, pumpkin, ground flaxseeds
2 tbl spoon flaked almonds or hazlenuts
450g fresh fruit
eg: strawberries, coarsely grated apple or pear, sliced kiwi.
WHAT TO DO
place the cereal flakes in serving bowl and cover with 200-250ml
water. leave to soak overnight.
add rest of ingredients in the morning
serve with rice, sesame or almond milk.
