CARROT & CORIANDER SOUP
INGREDIENTS
1 onion
8 Carrots
1 potato
bunch of corriander (stalks included)
2 pints of vegetable stock (or as much as it takes to cover all veg in pan)
Cream
salt
pepper
WHAT TO DO::
put all vegetables in a big pan, cover with stock and simmer for about 30 minutes
or so.
when all soft and mushy, BLEND it nice.
add salt n pepper to taste, oh and some cream too.
