WHAT TO DO
1. heat some oil in a pan with a stick of cinnamon for 15-20 seconds.
use a high heat throughout this recipe.
2. add some chopped onions
3. add (serves 2 so adjust as necessary)
1 tsp garlic (fresh or minced)
1 tsp ginger (fresh or powdered)
scant 1/2 tsp chilli powder (cayenne pepper)
2 tsp ground coriander (dhaniya)
2 tsp garam masala
1 tsp turmeric (haldi)
2 tsp cumin (jeera)
2 tsp fenugreek (methi)
4. fry all that, add a little warm water and cook for 3-4 minute
5. add a tin of chopped tomatoes and some chicken
6. cook all this for 7-8 minutes, adding some warm water halfway through
7. chop up some fresh coriander, mix into curry and serve with pilau rice

for an ultra quick and mean curry - use the spice mix from 3. mixed into a tin of
baked beans with some frankfurters or smoked sausage (the cheaper the better) - trust me,
it's an addictive meal......
