ETHIOPIAN CURRY

INGREDIENTS
1 Onion (chop it)
tin of black eyed beans
3 tomatoes
1½ teaspoons turmeric
1 teaspoon chilli powder
1 tablespoon fresh corriander leaves
360 ml coconut milk
oil
salt
WHAT TO DO::
Cook onion in a pan with the oil till golden brown and soft.
Mash the beans up a bit, but don't pulp em silly! Add em to the pan, then mix in the toms.
Put in the turmeric and chilli poweder with half the corriander leaves..
Pour in the coconut milko, stir it all up and then COVER>.
Cook for 10 minutes. go feed yer budgies.
done? yeah! serve with rice!!!!!! not made any? waaahAHAH! cook it before dumbo!
